Scope & fee modeling for agencies
Your rate card, your task library, your business units. Pick the work, set the quantities, and the number builds itself — with every hour and rate traceable back to the row it came from.
Your workbook is read in the browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Why this exists
Every estimate starts by hunting for the last one that looked similar, then editing it until the total feels right.
When procurement asks how you arrived at the fee, the honest answer is usually that someone experienced made a judgment call in a spreadsheet.
Not because the work differs, but because the method does. That gap is margin, and it shows up in every renewal.
How it works
One .xlsx with a tab per project type, your hourly rates, and your business units. FeeScope reads it in the browser and tells you exactly what it found — including the tasks with no rate row and the units that don't match between tabs.
Projects, then folders, then channels, then tasks. Add custom lines where the library doesn't cover it. Set the quantities that scale the hours — markets, assets, rounds, whatever your workbook drives on.
Blended or by-role rates, per-line overrides, and an adjustment percentage when you need one. Export the whole build to CSV with every line intact.

Billed monthly, cancel any time. We ask for a card up front because a fee estimator delivers its whole value on the first use — a free trial would just be a free estimate.
